Twitter Review: The series of books contains basic, but sometimes overlooked information for entrepreneurs to have a positive mindset.
Review: The three books are quick and simple to read and provide basic information which could be helpful to entrepreneurs. Karen Okulicz writes which makes it seem as if she is talking directly in your ear and coaching you through the hard times. Try! A Survival Guide to Unemployment (1995) isn't about resumes and networking instead it approaches unemployment in a positive way and Okulicz provided ideas on how to look at the positive side of unemployment. Attitude! For Your Best Lived Life (2006) focuses on the premise that a lot of things occur in life this out of our control, but a person's attitude is one thing that can be controlled by such topics as defeating and silencing joy robbers and maintaining a healthy mind. Decide! How To Make Any Decision (2002) removes the mysticism of making decisions and offers tips on how to become better at deciding what to do. While Okulicz's books don't go into depth about each of these subjects, she focuses on the “meat” of the subject and does it in a very short in quick way. Busy entrepreneurs that don't have the time to read a dissertation on these subjects would be able to finish each of these books in one sitting.
