What Entrepreneurs Need to Know About Customer Service
1) Bad Customer Service Can Be Viral – Just like a funny video entrepreneurs and business owners need to be aware that bad customer service can spread like a virus.
2) Providing Great Customer Service Can Be A Brand – While entrepreneurs and business owners might point to multiple ways they brand their business, providing exceptional customer service can be one of the best brands that you can build. If you don't believe that customer service is important look up customer service and Zappos to see how much has been added to their brand. For instance, the company overnighted a free –free! — pair of shoes to a best man who had arrived a wedding shoeless.
3) Providing Remarkable Customer Service Is A Way to Attract & Keep Customers – Often products and service are fairly similar to clients and customers, so one way to set yourself apart and keep customers over a long period of time is to be likable and deliver exceptional customer service.
